After picking you up from your hotel in Bangkok, you'll transfer to Thailand’s eastern coast and saddle up for a warm-up ride to a gorgeous viewpoint overlooking the ocean. You'll spend the night in the historic city of Chanthaburi and the following day switch kingdoms to Cambodia. Based in the former French colonial town of Battambang you'll get your first taste of Cambodian rural riding and then journey onward to Siem Reap and the ancient landscape of Angkor. You'll journey either via boat across the Tonle Sap, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake, or by transfer (depending on water levels).
Based in Siem Reap, you'll have three days of fantastic cycling ahead. Riding on paths perfect for mountain biking, you’ll explore the majestic temples of the once-glorious Khmer Empire, including Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument. You'll also venture further afield to discover lesser-visited sites and be immersed in the ebb and flow of daily life in rural Cambodia, far from the touring masses. The tour ends in Siem Reap.
