  1. Day 1Arrival in Resia / Surroundings

    Reschen delights visitors with its picturesque setting beside Lake Resia in South Tyrol. Explore the surrounding area with stunning mountain panoramas and crystal-clear waters. A special highlight is the lake’s famous submerged church tower, an iconic landmark and a favorite photo subject.

  2. Day 2Resia/Surroundings - Sluderno

    Enjoy the breathtaking panorama in Resia and breathe in the fresh mountain air before setting off. Two glistening lakes await on your first cycling stage as you ride past snow-covered peaks and through unspoiled nature. Take a refreshing dip in Lake Resia, famous for its submerged church tower, or the smaller Lake Haidersee. Then enjoy a leisurely downhill ride along well-maintained cycle paths to Glurns, South Tyrol’s smallest town, and on to Sluderno. Knight enthusiasts can visit Churburg Castle, home to the world’s largest private armoury.

  3. Day 3Sluderno - Silandro

    Today you cycle past the Biotope “Prader Sand”, one of the last remaining meadow areas in South Tyrol, and continue to Laas, famous for its world-renowned white marble. Take the opportunity to taste the delicious, yellow-orange Vinschgau apricots or pick up a jar of sweet apricot jam to take home. Refreshed, continue through fragrant orchards to Silandro, the main town of the Vinschgau region. Here, admire the country’s highest church tower or cool off with a jump from the 3-metre diving platform at the outdoor pool.

  4. Day 4Silandro - Naturno

    Today, apple blossom meadows, fruit plantations and picturesque villages once again line your cycling route through the Venostra  region. Gleefully, you cycle to Latsch, where there’s time to enjoy the AquaForum water park, with a sports pool, kids’ zone, water features and a 50-metre tube slide. Continue past picturesque Kastelbell Castle to Naturno. On hot summer days, cool off at the adventure pool with its giant slide, or explore the fun playgrounds and adventure train station.

  5. Day 5Naturno – Merano – Excursion into the Passiria-valley

    And again, you’re back on the bikes today! The flat terrain along the Adige River makes cycling a pleasure for both adults and kids, with impressive views of the Merano valley basin and surrounding mountains throughout the ride. Take a relaxing break at the picturesque pond in the Rabland habitat before continuing past the Algund outdoor swimming pool to Merano. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautiful town, known for its Mediterranean flair, or cycle further into the Passiria Valley through scenic fruit and wine-growing areas before returning to Merano.

  6. Day 6Merano - Bolzano

    Have you ever experienced the thermal springs of Merano? If not, there’s still time for a relaxing visit before setting off on your final cycling stage. Once again, enjoy a leisurely downhill ride along the Adige River, with endless apple orchards lining the route. Pass through Lana, where you can explore palaces and castle ruins, before continuing to Bolzano. In South Tyrol’s lively capital, visit the Natural History Museum or discover the story of the region’s most famous resident, Ötzi, at the Archaeology Museum. An exciting finale to your cycling adventure through South Tyrol!
