  2. Day 2Arrowtown to Queenstown

Check in to the shop at 8:50am for the 9:00am shuttle departure

Now it’s time for your second—and longest—day of riding. Your day begins with a 25-minute shuttle from Queenstown to Arrowtown, one of New Zealand’s most picturesque towns. You’ll have the chance to wander the historic streets, grab a coffee, and soak in the charm of this former Gold Rush settlement. Before you hit the trail, you’ll be fitted to your bike or e-bike, receive a map, and get a few helpful trail tips to guide your independent ride.

The route starts along the willow-lined Arrow River, leading you to the Morven Ferry and across several stunning bridges. From there, you’ll connect to the Twin Rivers Trail, which follows the scenic banks of the Kawarau and Shotover Rivers all the way to Lake Whakatipu. The final stretch is a smooth, flowing ride along the lake’s edge, finishing at Queenstown Bay, where you’ll return your bike.

On the third and final day of riding, you can relax and treat yourself after the past few days of adventure. The day begins with a shuttle from Queenstown to Arrowtown.
