  • How long is the tour?

The tour is approximately 3 hours long and starts at varying times throughout the year. Contact us with the month you wish to travel in.

  • What's the tour like?

You'll have 3 hours to complete the base ride, this allows plenty of time to ride the 15km around Uluru with plenty of time to stop and explore before hopping back on the optional bus. The ride can be done very quickly, or nice and leisurely.  The tour operator recommends taking your time to ensure you get the full experience. They allow 3 hours, but most people finish in 2 -2.5 hours.

You do not need to be an experienced cyclist or fitness fanatic to enjoy the experience.  The ride is on a packed earth path and is easily navigated.

The tour is suitable for families and small children with children's bikes and tagalongs available.

  • What should I wear?

Riders should wear comfortable runners/walking shoes and non-restricting clothing (loose trousers are not advised)

  • What items should I bring?

Daypack to carry personal items, plenty of drinking water, sunscreen, sunglasses & camera if desired.

  • Does my ticket price include National Park Entry?

No it doesn’t – that is payable upon entry into the Park. If you are entering the park on the Uluru Hop On Hop Off bus, you may give cash to the bus driver who will pay for you at the park entry gate.

If you are making your own way to the National Park then you can buy entry here: https://parksaustralia.gov.au/uluru/plan/passes/

  • Can all the family join in?

With toddler seats, tag-a-longs and children’s bike, the tour can accommodate anyone from 1 year and older!

  • Are child discounts available?

Yes, child discounts are available based on the equipment used. Please select the number of people in your party on the booking page and then enter in your child's age on booking and the discounts will automatically be applied as follows:

Discount for children 6–10 ($15AUD) - using a child bike
    Discount for children 4–5 ($25AUD) - using tag-along
Discount for children 1–3 ($30AUD) - using toddler seat

Please also select the appropriate equipment, as above.

Additionally, if you are booking the optional transfers, you'll see that there is a discounted transfer price for children who are 10 and under.
